Description of the service

CollagePro is a free, browser-based photo collage maker that allows you to arrange, customise, and export photo collages directly in your web browser. The service does not require account creation, does not apply watermarks to exported images, and processes all photos locally on your device without uploading them to any server.

Your content and responsibility

You retain full ownership of and responsibility for the photos and content you use with CollagePro. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the necessary rights, licences, or permissions to use the photos you select for your collages.
• Your use of photos does not infringe or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
• Your content does not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law.

Since your photos are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to CollagePro servers, we do not have access to, review, or moderate your content.

Intellectual property

The CollagePro website, including its design, user interface, code, graphics, logos, and original content, is the property of CollagePro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your photos and the collages you create using the editor remain your property. CollagePro does not claim any ownership, licence, or rights over the images you process or export through the service.

Acceptable use

When using CollagePro, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or entity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of theCollagePro software or website.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the website in a manner that could impair its availability or performance.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, networks, or data associated with CollagePro.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code through or in connection with the service.

Local processing and technical limitations

All photo editing and collage creation is performed locally in your web browser. As a result, the performance and capabilities of the editor depend on your device's hardware, available memory, and browser support for required web APIs (including Canvas, File, and Blob APIs).

Very large source images, a high number of photos, or high-resolution exports may require significant browser memory. CollagePro does not guarantee specific performance levels, output dimensions, or format support across all devices and browsers.

Free service

CollagePro is currently offered free of charge with no paid tiers, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, but any such changes will not restrict access to the core features available at the time you agreed to these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The CollageProservice is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

CollagePro does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the service will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CollagePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use CollagePro, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service, which is currently zero.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CollagePro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of CollagePro, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

Modification and termination

CollagePro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue CollagePro (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

We may also update these terms from time to time. The revised terms will be effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of CollagePro after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CollagePro is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
