Cookie policy

This cookie policy explains how Photo To Collage, operated by Photo To Collage, uses cookies and similar technologies. We are committed to transparency about the technologies we use and your choices in managing them.

Effective date: July 20, 2026

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) through your web browser. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide functionality, remember preferences, and gather usage information. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and IndexedDB — all of which allow websites to store data in your browser.

How Photo To Collage uses cookies

The collage editor does not need authentication cookies because there are no user accounts. Selected photos are processed in browser memory. Any enabled website analytics is separate from that workflow and is described in the analytics section below.

Essential and technical cookies

Our static hosting infrastructure may set basic technical cookies to deliver the website reliably, manage traffic, and protect against security threats. These are standard web-server-level cookies that facilitate the technical delivery of the site. They do not track your behaviour, store personal information, or have any connection to the photos you work with in the editor.

Analytics cookies

The current deployment does not load Google Analytics and does not set analytics cookies. Analytics may be enabled only by configuring a public measurement ID for deployment.

Under no circumstances do analytics tools ever collect, receive, or transmit your photo data, filenames, EXIF metadata, or collage contents.

Advertising cookies

Photo To Collage does not display advertisements and does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. There are no ad networks, retargeting tools, or programmatic advertising integrations on this site.

Third-party cookies

Photo To Collage self-hosts its interface fonts through the website build and does not embed social media widgets, share buttons, comment systems, ad networks, retargeting tools, or programmatic advertising integrations.

Local storage and session storage

The Photo To Collage editor creates temporary object URLs (blob references) in browser memory so that your selected photos can be displayed in the editor interface. These are not cookies and are not stored persistently — they exist only in active memory while the editor tab is open.

The current version of Photo To Collage does not use local storage, session storage, or IndexedDB to persist your photos, collage projects, editor preferences, or any other data between sessions. Closing or refreshing the browser tab clears all editor data from memory.

Cookies are not saved collage projects

Clearing cookies does not retrieve or recreate a collage. Download the finished image before closing the editing tab, and keep the original photo files when you may need another version. A downloaded file is managed through your device, separately from browser cookie settings.

Your cookie choices

You have full control over cookies on your device. Most modern browsers provide settings to:

  • View and delete existing cookies
  • Block all cookies or only third-party cookies
  • Set preferences for specific websites
  • Receive notifications when cookies are being set

Since Photo To Collage does not rely on cookies for its core functionality, blocking cookies should not affect your ability to use the collage editor.

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser's settings. For instructions on managing cookies in common browsers:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox:Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Privacy, Search, and Services → Cookies and Site Data

Changes to this policy

We may update this cookie policy from time to time to reflect changes in our technology, legal requirements, or the addition of new features. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
