Read a pair from top to bottom

Two rows divides the canvas horizontally into an upper and lower photograph. Landscape sources fit these wide panels more naturally than tall portraits, depending on the final ratio.

Stack two room photographs when a tall final image suits the destination better than a wide comparison.

This layout is built for 2 photos. It works best for portrait pairs, mobile crops, before and after, where the viewer needs to understand the relationship between the images quickly.

How to use this layout

  1. Add JPG, PNG or WebP photographs to the editor above. The layout are already selected.
  2. Arrange your photographs in the desired order, then adjust each crop and focal position.
  3. Check the canvas ratio, spacing and background. Adding more photos than a fixed layout holds changes it to an adaptive grid.
  4. Choose PNG, JPEG or WebP, review the export dimensions, and download your collage.

Fit wide pictures into a tall result

Two rows creates an upper and lower panel. This is useful when each source is wide but the destination is vertical. Place an overview first and a detail below, or keep a before-and-after sequence consistent from top to bottom.

Check the dividing line and compare the apparent scale of the subjects. A narrow overall canvas can still crop wide sources, so move each focal point before increasing zoom. Use columns instead when the pair needs side-by-side comparison.

Review the download before sharing

Open the downloaded image at the size it will be viewed. Check the smallest panel, the edges of faces and the space around the main subject. Export size cannot restore detail lost in a small source photograph or a heavy crop.

Standard, High and Print use 1600, 2400 and 3600 pixels on the longest edge. Save the result before closing the tab. The download is a flattened image, and the preset URL does not save your photos or editing history.

How many photos should I use?

Start with 2 photos. You can add more photos, but fixed layouts may adapt to a grid when the photo count grows beyond the intended range.
