Separate geometry from the framed finish

This layout sets the photo arrangement. For the ready-made white borders and generous padding, choose the Polaroid Style template; those styling choices are separate editor settings.

Start here when you want to choose your own border color and spacing for a scrapbook collection.

This layout is built for 3 to 12 photos. It works best for scrapbooks, keepsakes, memory boards, where the viewer needs to understand the relationship between the images quickly.

How to use this layout

  1. Add JPG, PNG or WebP photographs to the editor above. The layout are already selected.
  2. Arrange your photographs in the desired order, then adjust each crop and focal position.
  3. Check the canvas ratio, spacing and background. Adding more photos than a fixed layout holds changes it to an adaptive grid.
  4. Choose PNG, JPEG or WebP, review the export dimensions, and download your collage.

Separate arrangement from photo treatment

The layout supplies the geometry for a print-inspired collection. Use border, padding and background controls to create the framing you want. Choose the Polaroid template when you prefer those styling settings already applied.

The layout does not age the photographs, simulate instant-film chemistry or add handwriting. Use source images with the desired treatment and leave enough space around the subject for the surrounding frame.

Review the download before sharing

Open the downloaded image at the size it will be viewed. Check the smallest panel, the edges of faces and the space around the main subject. Export size cannot restore detail lost in a small source photograph or a heavy crop.

Standard, High and Print use 1600, 2400 and 3600 pixels on the longest edge. Save the result before closing the tab. The download is a flattened image, and the preset URL does not save your photos or editing history.

Is this layout free to use?

Yes. You can open the layout, add your own photos and export the collage without paying, signing up or adding a watermark.

How many photos should I use?

Start with 3 to 12 photos. You can add more photos, but fixed layouts may adapt to a grid when the photo count grows beyond the intended range.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Photo To Collage reads and renders your images inside the current browser tab. Your photo files and filenames are not sent to the site.
